Description
Improve the power and efficiency of your 2017-2019 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P with the Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit. The factory hot-side pipe for the L5P is a measly 2.5in that chokes the engine, while the tight bends and built-in resonator create even more restriction. The Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe is 3in in diameter throughout and eliminates the factory resonator to significantly increase airflow, resulting in more power potential. Mishimoto designed this pipe as two pieces, like the factory pipe, for ease of install. This kit also includes our silicone boots with DuraCore(TM) technology. Mishimoto DuraCore(TM) technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore(TM) provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.To add even more reliability, this kit includes Mishimoto constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. The Mishimoto 2017-2019 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade and is available in a polished or wrinkle-black powder coated finish. Like all our Duramax products, this hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit includes our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a lifetime of performance.
