By entering the Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sac City Auto Parts, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Sac City Auto Parts, Inc., 3701 Recycle Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 U.S.A. (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on JUNE 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Third Party computer software is the official timekeeping device for online entries.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by [insert mail receipt deadline], unless a later receipt deadline is required by applicable law.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Administrator, Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other parties involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” includes spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and in-laws, whether biological, adopted, step, or by marriage, and any person living in the same household.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
A. Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible purchases made at www.saccityautoparts.com, excluding sales tax, shipping, handling, discounts, returned items, gift cards, and any other charges Sponsor designates as ineligible.
For example, an eligible purchase of $50.00, excluding sales tax and shipping, earns fifty (50) entries.
Purchase transactions must be completed and received by Sponsor before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Entries associated with purchases that are canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back before the drawing will be void.
B. Free Mail-In Entry — No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 4x6 card, and handwrite the following phrase exactly:
“I want to win the Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes.”

Each mail-in request must be mailed separately. Multiple entries in one envelope, bulk mailings, mechanically reproduced entries, photocopied entries, illegible entries, incomplete entries, postage-due entries, and entries submitted through automated means or third-party entry services are void.
Each valid mail-in entry will receive one [1] entry. To preserve equal treatment between purchase and non-purchase entrants, the maximum number of entries available by free mail-in entry must be equal to the maximum number available by purchase entry.
5. Bonus Entry Opportunities
Sponsor may offer bonus-entry opportunities only as stated in these Official Rules or in a written supplement published before the bonus period begins and permitted by applicable law. On Sac City Auto Parts Instagram Page (@SacCityAutoParts).
6. Prize
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The confirmed Winner will choose one (1) of the following two prize options. The Winner may not choose both options.
Option A — Vehicle Prize

The VIN is provided so entrants may independently research the vehicle history before entering or accepting the Vehicle Prize.
The Vehicle Prize is a used vehicle and is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety, roadworthiness, condition, value, title history, future performance, or ability to register, title, insure, finance, transport, or operate the vehicle in Winner’s state, except to the extent a warranty or liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any mechanical, cosmetic, electrical, structural, title, registration, emissions, smog, insurance, inspection, transportation, or other issue related to the Vehicle Prize, except as required by law.
Winner is encouraged to inspect the vehicle, at Winner’s sole expense, before taking possession. Once Winner or Winner’s carrier takes possession of the vehicle, risk of loss passes to Winner to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Vehicle Prize will be made available for pickup at Sponsor’s facility in Rancho Cordova, California, or at another location designated by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize, including pickup, towing, shipping, transportation, title transfer fees, registration, license plates, smog or emissions testing, inspections, insurance, taxes, and any other federal, state, or local fees. No payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize, but Winner is responsible for third-party and governmental costs.
Winner may not drive the vehicle from Sponsor’s premises unless Winner has satisfied all applicable legal requirements, including registration, insurance, licensing, and any required inspections. Sponsor may require the vehicle to be transported or towed from the pickup location.
Winner must take possession of the Vehicle Prize within 14 days after verification and prize selection, unless Sponsor grants an extension or applicable law requires otherwise. Failure to timely take possession may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.
Nissan and 350Z are trademarks of their respective owners. Nissan is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Sweepstakes.
Option B — Cash Prize
One (1) check in the amount of $15,000 USD.
Cash prize ARV: $15,000 USD.
The cash prize will be issued after Winner verification and receipt of all required documents. Sponsor may withhold or report amounts as required by law.
Prize Terms
All prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize selection is final once made in writing by the confirmed Winner. Prize is not transferable or assignable before award. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize option becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all expenses not expressly stated as included. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize awarded.
7. Winner Selection
Once Sweepstakes is finished. Date of announcement will be announced within 30 Days.
The selected entrant is only a potential Winner unless and until eligibility is verified and all required documents are completed and returned.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry within approximately ten (10) business days after the drawing.
Potential Winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days after Sponsor’s first notification attempt, or within the time stated in the notification, whichever is shorter. Potential Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documents, proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residence, and any vehicle transfer documents required by Sponsor or applicable law.
Failure to respond on time, failure to complete required documents, failure to provide required tax information, inability to verify eligibility, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or return of a notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and forfeiture. If a potential Winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential Winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, Winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use Winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, prize information, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and administrative purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, notice, approval, or consideration.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, attempted to defraud Sponsor, attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due, stolen, returned, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; website failures; internet or email issues; printing or typographical errors; human error; unauthorized intervention; or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is impaired by fraud, technical failures, governmental action, supply issues, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. If canceled, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation, if lawful and practicable.
If there is a conflict between advertising materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules govern.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders, successors, and assigns from and against any claim, injury, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of the prize, travel or transportation connected with the prize, vehicle inspection, vehicle pickup, vehicle operation, vehicle storage, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, vehicle title issues, or any other prize-related activity, except to the extent liability cannot be released under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Released Parties are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential Winner, award the prize, comply with legal and tax obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://saccityautoparts.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages or telemarketing calls unless entrant separately provides such consent.
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, or the federal judicial district that includes Sacramento County, California.
Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and any right to have damages multiplied or increased, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
If the Sweepstakes is advertised or promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform, entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. Entrants release those platforms from any claims arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.
