SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) entries will be accepted online starting at 12:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 10, 2025, and ending 11:45:00 p.m. PT on November 7, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 48 United States, Excluding Hawaii & Alaska. Employees of Sac City Auto Parts, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, state, and local laws and regulations.
How to Enter:
There are multiple ways to earn entries in the Sweepstakes
From www.saccityautoparts.com. During the Sweepstakes Period, you will automatically receive one (1) ENTRIES into the Sweepstakes for every $1 spent on an eligible purchase at the Sac City Auto Parts website (the “Website”) (e.g., a $50 purchase (before sales tax) will earn 50 entries). If a purchase is returned or charged back to the Sweepstakes drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to return policy. Your purchase transaction must be completed and received by 11:45:00 p.m. PT on November 7 2025, to be eligible to receive entries.
Free Entry: To enter without making a purchase, print your full name, address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and hand write the phrase “I want to win the Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes” on a 4x6 postcard (no outer envelope) and mail with proper postage to:Sac City Auto Parts Sweepstakes – Alternate Method of Entry, c/o Sac City Auto Parts, Inc., 3701 Recycle Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 U.S.A.Each postcard must be mailed individually—multiple/bulk mailings will not be accepted. Winner Selection and Notification:
The potential Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, under the supervision of Sac City Auto Parts. The drawing will occur BEFORE or ON November 25, 2025. The Winner will be notified by phone and email within TEN (10) calendar business days following the drawing. Failure to respond or provide required documentation within the designated time will result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner. DESIGNATED TIME: WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WINNER SELECTION NOTIFICATION.
Limitation of Liability:

Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA and the State of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California.
