Returns and Exchanges**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- **Eligibility**: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
- **Restocking Fee**: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.
- **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@Saccityautoparts.com or call us at 916-463-9111. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send items back without a return authorization number.
- **Refunds**: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
