No Core Charge! No Core Exchange!: aFe Power is proud to introduce the horizontal direct replacement EGR Cooler for 2008-2010 V8-6.4L turbo diesel Ford Power Stroke trucks. This EGR Cooler is a 100% new unit, not remanufactured. The cooler utilizes a thicker wall to extend life and resist failure. The unit is TIG welded and pressure tested at the factory. This kit includes all hardware needed for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler for a hassle free installation. aFe simplifies the buying experience by not requiring a core charge nor a core exchange fee. New Construction: aFe EGR coolers are constructed from new stainless steel components. All connections are welded, not brazed, for reliability. Direct-Flow Design: Thicker wall tubes resist clogging, resulting in extended life of the cooler. The heat exchanger tube wall thickness is more than twice as thick as the OE unit. Emissions Disclaimer: This product does not require a CARB EO#.
